Are all your sneakers Authentic?

Yes all our sneakers are Authentic.

They are purchased from authorized retailers instore and online.

What kind of crystals do you use?

We only use 100% Authentic Swarovski crystals on all our Bling Empire gear.

Do you have all sizes?  and half sizes?

The stock we have listed on site is what we have,

If for some reason we don't have your size please contact us and we will do our best to source your size.

Why do you only do the outta part of the sneakers?

Because on the inner part of the shoe there is more of a chance of knocking the crystals and they becoming damaged.

But on request for an extra fee we can do custom inner parts of the sneakers just get in contact with us.

I'm looking at a pair of sneakers you don't stock is there any chance of still getting the shoes I want Blinged out?

Yes we do custom shoes of any type on request just send us and email and we will send through a quote to you asap.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes we do please email us before you purchase as we unfortunately don't offer free shipping oversea.

Please note each country may have its own taxes and duty charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Bling Empire.

Can I get my item shipped express?

We offer free standard shipping within Australia.

if you would like express there will be an extra fee involved please contact us before you purchase.

How long till I get my item from when I place my order?

Please allow upto 10-14 days from when you place your item for your item to be shipped.

We ship with Australia post and shipping can vary with them so please allow upto 10 business days from when we send your item.

Can I get a pair of shoes asap? as I have my wedding in 2 weeks time and love your shoes so much.

Yes we can certainly get you your dream shoes before your wedding day.

please email us and we can sort something out.

There is an extra fee involved with custom priority orders.

I ordered the wrong size can I return them? 

Unfortunately because all our shoes are custom made we don't offer refunds.

We do stress that you please double check the sizing of the style and make of the shoe before you place your order.

If you have any other concerns please contact us.

I ordered my shoes and have changed my mind on the coloured crystal's id like can I get that changed?

All sales are final but please email us asap and we can see if anything can be done.

Changes to orders can only be made in the first 24 hours after you have placed your order.

Please note this might delay your shoe being blinged out.

Do your crystals fall off your shoes easy?

All our crystal are individually placed one by one on each of our shoes with care we use a very strong glue on all our sneakers and it would be very rare for the crystal to start falling off.

 obviously if you don't look after your shoes the possibility does increase.

Over time with wear and tear 1 or 2 might fall off so we do send a few crystal with every order.

How do we clean our Bling out shoes?

Hand cleaning with care is best please be careful on what product you use and use extra care around the crystals as some crystal might become cloudy if not done correctly.

Please note we cant be held responsible for shoes damaged while cleaning your shoes.

I would love to get shoes for my bestfriend can you put a happy birthday msg in the order?

Yes we can do that for you please email us and we can make your Bling Empire present extra special for your friend.
